I meant to post the other day that that Fellowship of the Fans tweeted that Amazon can use stuff outside of LOTR and TH (not that there should be anything in TH useable) on a case by case basis. Of course, I still have no idea whether they really know what they are talking about, but some of what they have said has seemed to be accurate.
