Heh. Yeah, I'm somewhat similar. I have, on multiple occasions when the overall structure of my life (or lack thereof) permitted it, gotten into a consistent pattern of sleeping from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for weeks on end, so I sometimes refer to that as my natural sleep cycle. Lately it's been erratic, though, which is more frustrating to deal with. But at least I have lots of practice falling asleep despite sunlight!

When I was younger my family owned a pizza place and we worked late, often after midnight.. even when I was only 12+ years old. Later, for a year or so, I worked 3rd shift (12am-8am) in a small embroidery factory. I don't know if that affected my sleep cycles or if I'm naturally inclined that way.
