About the Open Forum on Arda Reconstructed

This is the only forum at The Hall of Fire that is open for posting by members and non-members alike. I have created this forum to give people a venue to discuss my book, Arda Reconstructed: The Creation of the Published Silmarillion, without having to register for the site. Guests can either enter a user name (either their real name or a psuedonym), or if they wish to remain completely anonymous, just post as guest.

However, I do encourage non-members to look around the rest of the board -- most of which is visible to non-members -- and if you like what you see, go ahead and sign up to join in the discussions.

Alas, as some predicted would happen, we have been overwhelmed by spam threads posted in this forum, requiring that we close to to non-members, at least for now. We may try to re-open it to non-members again, but I'm doubtful that the result would be any different.
