Has anyone noticed how the discussion at the Presidential thread picks up in pace when its argument between the minority conservatives and the liberals?
Hal has been absent for a couple of days and its dulls-ville again. We enjoy argument. Apparently.

This reminds me of an excerpt from Nobel Laureate Amartya Sen's book The Argumentative Indian. He quotes Ram Mohan Roy:
Just consider how terrible the day of your death will be.
