I thought that this was both succinct and on-point.

This is a detail I don't recall seeing before.

Trump removed the posts that violated the gag order as ordered by the judge. Justice Merchan did day he would've imposed a higher fine if he could have.

Justice Merchan has ruled that Trump violated the gag order on 9 of the 10 alleged occasions and fined him $10,000 for each, warning that further violations will potentially result in incarceration.

You might feel that way, but I won't. On the contrary, I will believe that the reaction that we are seeing right now is symptomatic of the same malaise that led to Trump being elected and elected again. We shouldn't need the Supreme Court to save us from that.

No. Emphatically no.

While I am disappointed with some of the oral argument on this case, I am far more disappointed by the response to it.
