It was like this:

Long ago, Voronwë the Faithful claimed that the Atlantic Ocean is a better ocean than the Pacific. I challenged him on this ridiculous assertion, and when he would not relent I stormed out angrily, slamming the digital door behind me.

I worked out my anger by painting 1,500 pictures and putting them up for sale at my fancy-pants online gallery. My intention is to share them with you here. Your intention (though you may be unaware of it) is to buy one. If you insist, you may buy several.

I don’t believe I have any ocean scenes. It’s still a touchy subject.

Beautiful, Whistler.

Inanna, the gallery link is in Whistler's sig. I highly recommend it.

You've got it backwards, my old friend. I would be as likely to put the Atlantic over the glorious Pacific as I would to put Pratchett over Asimov (sorry Frelga).

Anyway, any excuse to welcome you back is a good one. Beautiful, thought-provoking artwork!

It's OK, V, at least you are right about the oceans.
