Welcome, Folca! Pull up a chair and join in!
“There, peeping among the cloud-wrack above a dark tor high up in the mountains, Sam saw a white star twinkle for a while. The beauty of it smote his heart, as he looked up out of the forsaken land, and hope returned to him. For like a shaft, clear and cold, the thought pierced him that in the end the Shadow was only a small and passing thing: there was light and high beauty for ever beyond its reach.”

Welcome, fuzzyfeet! :D

As one with a pronounced hobbity leaning, I am delighted to welcome you to the Hall of Fire!

Well, Alatar cleared up the distinction between the various Other Boards for me, and both he and Wilma directly requested my presence, so... who am I to refuse? :P

I'm glad to see so many familiar faces. :)

I'm off to tidy up that anime discussion for you and Wilma now.

You execute that maneuver very smoothly, Pips!

(I really like your avatar picture, and the quote in your sig.)

Thanks! Tosh got salmon'd in the name of a tester post. Just out of interest, are you familiar with the bowdlerised lyric in my sig? :) (Most people wouldn't be. :()

I'm not, I'm afraid, though I would like to be. I like the lyrics very much (I googled to find it).
