Is it Maglor or Maedhros talking about stealing the Silmaril from Eönwë?

Is it this one (which is the one you used before): "'If none can release us,' said Maglor, 'then indeed the Everlasting Darkness shall be our lot, whether we keep our oath or break it

Well this is a different problem than usual. I tried to do, "I don’t know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve." It came up with, "I don't know half of you half as well as I should like and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve." I think someone would have gotten that pretty easily. I'll something else.

I hope they're not on to us!
“There, peeping among the cloud-wrack above a dark tor high up in the mountains, Sam saw a white star twinkle for a while. The beauty of it smote his heart, as he looked up out of the forsaken land, and hope returned to him. For like a shaft, clear and cold, the thought pierced him that in the end the Shadow was only a small and passing thing: there was light and high beauty for ever beyond its reach.”

Okay, I entered a short quote, and it reached equilibrium with:
Now
So I went back through the list and chose something more close to the original:
Take the current Dragon.

Is current = live?
If there was anything that depressed him more than his own cynicism, it was that quite often it still wasn't as cynical as real life.
