No, Beorn referred to Bilbo as a "bunny" ("Little bunny is getting nice and fat again on bread and honey," he chuckled. "Come and have some more!") but both Bert the Troll and the Eagle king referred to Bilbo as a rabbit, and Thorin shook him "like a rabbit" when he discovered that Bilbo had stolen the Arkenstone.
