I loved Birdman and one of my favorite things about it was Inarritu's direction and Emmanuel Lubezki's spectacular cinematography.

So I'm really excited to see the duo's latest film, set to release this December. The trailer looks amazing, especially the cinematography.

Talk about coincidences - just the other day I saw a History Channel (?) thing about Hugh Glass. I haven't ever watched that channel before or since.
If there was anything that depressed him more than his own cynicism, it was that quite often it still wasn't as cynical as real life.
